To maximize the suction capacity, Serres suction bags can easily be connected in series.
A disposable series hose with an angled connector is installed between the suction bags. A reusable silicone vacuum hose connects the canisters to the vacuum source. All Serres suction bags can be used individually or in series connection.
The principle of the series connection is simple: The suctioned liquid flows into the first
bag. When this is full, the liquid flows automatically through the series port into
the next bag - without any intervention by the user. When the last bag in the series
is full or the suction process is complete, the bags are simply closed with a cap
and disposed of routinely.
With the series connection, up to 6 canisters can be connected in series. If a vacuum changeover switch is also
used to connect two series, the
maximum suction capacity is 36 liters per chassis.
