Return of goods

Requirements for a return
1. Items were ordered less than 14 days ago directly from Imtegra GmbH & Co. KG less than 14 days ago.
2. The items concerned are not medicines or customized products (Individo-Set®).
3. Items are in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging. Damaged, opened or used goods are generally excluded from return.
4. Send the completed Imtegra complaint and return form.
5. Consent of Imtegra GmbH & Co. KG.
6. Your confirmation that you have stored the items properly. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that have been stored incorrectly.

Returns procedure

1. you report a return, stating a reason, using our complaints and returns form by e-mail to sales@imtegra.de.
2. please confirm with your signature that the items have been stored properly and that all items are in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging.
3. after receiving your consent, you send the items back at your own expense. Please use suitable transport packaging (outer carton). Please note that we generally do not refund returns in original packaging, i.e. without transport packaging.

Remuneration

We generally reimburse your returns in the form of a goods credit note. Returns can only be refunded if:

  • the goods are in a marketable condition in accordance with the Medical Devices Act;
  • the goods are in their original packaging, undamaged and not labeled or stuck on;
  • the goods have a shelf life of at least four months;
  • the goods have been stored in accordance with the specifications on the label;
  • they are not medicinal products.

General information

We reserve the right to destroy unregistered goods at the sender's expense.

  • Externally recognizable defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, hidden defects immediately after their discovery.
  • The sender is responsible for ensuring that the returned goods are not contaminated by infectious agents and that they do not pose a health hazard.
  • The sender is responsible for the organization and return of the goods.
  • The shipping costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the sender.
