The ^stericlin® Bowie-Dick-Helix test complies with the DIN EN ISO 11140-4 standard and objectively tests your sterilizer for air removal and steam penetration. The aluminium test specimen with integrated plastic helix is easy to use for 250 sterilization cycles.

The handling is convincing due to its simplicity and speed:

• Place the indicator strip in the capsule
• Screw the capsule onto the test specimen
• Carry out Bowie-Dick program
• Remove test strips
• Check result

When steam penetration is complete, the indicator changes color from blue to pink. If the colour change is incomplete, the sterilizer is malfunctioning.
